You know those goals and dreams that you have inside of you? You know how bad you want to hit them? What if you didn’t? What if in five years things we’re still the same? How would that feel? HORRIBLE, thats how! Let’s dive into how we can prosper together while hitting these monster goals we have!
Thinking of the alternative is thinking actually making your mind think what is the pain in your life and what does it look like if I don’t succeed? That is the pain that is going to push you to actually stay committed to your goal. An example for your health could be if I don’t make a commitment to improve my health I’ll never be able to see my grand kids grow up, or business it can be if I don’t make these calls and do these meetings I’ll starve and be kicked out of my place. Whatever YOUR pain is make sure its clear because when you want to talk yourself out of doing what you know you should be it will kick your butt do to so.
This is fear based. It won't work long term but those initial 14-21 days are crucial to stay on your routine so this is going to be what we focus on in the beginning to get us committed to doing the things to get us to where we want to go.
Today write down the alternative if you don’t reach your potential and coast through life. It should scare you a bit but that’s okay because we won’t let that happen. We will take the action daily that we need to to get us to where we want to!
