The 6 Absolute Keys To Be Being Consistent: PT 2 Routine
Doing the same thing daily kind of sounds boring doesn’t it? I know I thought so, but when I saw the results that other people were having because of a morning routine I didn’t think it was so boring but more so effective.
The last post on being consistent was to create a vision. If you haven't read be sure to read that first.
A daily morning routine is something I have been doing but it’s important to always be willing to listen and learn from others peoples methods especially if they’re more successful than you so you can maybe tweak something you’re doing to help your success happen quicker. One thing I like about Ray when he mentioned his daily morning routine is that it starts the night before. I go into detail about his routine so you can watch the video below to hear how it goes from start to finish.
The reason why a morning routine that ray taught me is so important is because it's the same time everyday. If you don't specify it then you won't get it done. That’s really good because you can stay up late some nights or go to bed early the others but rain or shine doesn’t matter how you feel the morning routine is something that will be at the same time daily so we can grow that morning routine muscle and learn the art of consistency and discipline.
